Agreement of collection and use of personal information and copyright

You acknowledge and agree to the following "IKEA My Home Event" (from now on "Event") held by IKEA Korea Ltd. (from now on "Company").  Agreement of collection and use of personal information and copyright

Categories of Personal Information	• Name, mobile phone number, e-mail address, image, story, address
Purpose of collection and use of such personal information	• Identify the identity of participants and confirm duplicate identification • Judging for the event winner, an announcement of the winner, delivery for prize • Announcement of name, image, story of the participations on IKEA website (http://homeideas.ikea.kr/) • Using as content for KAKAO STORY, FACEBOOK channel and IKEA store internal use
Period of retention and use	• IKEA processes and retains personal information in accordance with the laws or within the period consented by the subject of personal information at the time of collection of such personal information. IKEA in principle discards personal information of a member without delay upon his/her withdrawal as a member or upon achievement of the purpose of collection and use of such personal information.
The rights of disagreement and disadvantage	• You can disagree with the agreement above, but in that case, the participation to the event will be restricted.

 Agreement of use of copyright You authorize the Company to use all economic rights including the reproduction rights, public transmission rights, exhibition rights, distribution rights, and creation of secondary works on the images and stories you provide on the Company's website (http://homeideas.ikea.kr/), authorize the Company to partially modify and post the images and stories in accordance with the Company's opinions, and confirm that there will be no raising of claims or objections including the exercise of the moral rights on Company.  Consent on consignment for handling The Company entrusts the processing of personal information such as customers to some or all of the consignees, and the consignees who have been requested to handle the work may process personal information according to the consignment purpose.

1) Consignee Fourstic Inc.
2) Details of Consigned Work, confirmation of winner of events held by IKEA and delivery of the prize, address for delivering the prize.
This terms and conditions shall be effective from August 9, 2017.
The previous terms and conditions, effective from July 4, 2017, are replaced by these terms.
